Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24-48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. If canceled within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Medical Emergencies: In cases of medical emergencies (e.g., a new parent or infant is hospitalized) full refunds or adjustments may be made. Rescheduling: Clients may be able to reschedule appointments upon availability.
